I have practiced law for many years and I have handled difficult cases that many lawyers have never encountered. I have a lot of experience in many areas of the law, which gives me a great advantage, particularly in complex and challenging corporate and business cases where many different legal issues and areas of law may be involved in one case. That is just the kind of challenge I enjoy, a case with a thicket of complex legal issues that calls for a truly competent and experienced lawyer, when a novice lawyer simply will not do! I have managed to avoid getting "burned-out", as so many hard-driving lawyers eventually do, by exploring many law practice areas and even exploring other types of work, such as the mergers and acquisitions work that I did in San Jose for several years in the 90's.
